Email support@parathoughtlabs.com from the address associated with your account, or choose “Privacy request” on the website contact form. State the right you want to exercise and the state where you live. Do not send a password, government identifier, health record, or payment information.
ParathoughtLabs targets acknowledgement within 10 business days and completion within 30 calendar days. A law may permit a different period or a reasonable extension. Aura will verify only the information reasonably necessary to protect the account and will explain an extension, denial, or appeal path.
Aura does not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request when applicable law permits it, subject to verification of authority and identity.
Sale, sharing, advertising, and browser signals
ParathoughtLabs does not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. The website does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. A Global Privacy Control signal therefore does not change the current website behavior because there is no sale, advertising share, or optional tracking to disable.
Free access and ticket payments
Aura has no consumer subscription or paid feature tier. If paid event tickets are enabled after review, the price and fees will be disclosed before the user opens Stripe-hosted Checkout. Ticket-payment privacy questions can be sent to support@parathoughtlabs.com.
Location, verification, and wellness interests
Precise location is optional and used only after a runtime permission and feature choice. You can deny or revoke permission and select a city manually. Live sharing must be separately enabled, limited to the selected audience, visibly active, and stoppable at any time.
Aura does not create biometric templates or use face geometry. Verification evidence is restricted to authorized reviewers and deleted after the decision; a limited decision record is retained for 365 days. Do not upload a government identifier unless Aura specifically requests an approved evidence type.
Fitness or wellness event interests are used only as event-discovery preferences. Aura does not infer a diagnosis or health condition, sell consumer health data, or activate health-record integrations. A separate consumer-health-data review, notice, and consent flow is required before any such processing is introduced.
Account deletion
The in-app control under Profile is the primary deletion route. A public route is also available on the account deletion page. Deletion covers the account, profile, private media, messages, reactions, event and group participation, and other user-owned records, subject only to narrow documented legal, fraud, safety, or dispute holds. Backup and deleted media versions expire within the periods in the app privacy policy.
