Delete your Aura account and data.

Aura is currently a private prototype. Authorized testers can initiate deletion in the Android app under Profile → Delete account and data, or use the request below.

Submit a deletion request

  1. Email from the address associated with your Aura test account.
  2. Use the subject “Aura account deletion request.”
  3. Do not send a password, payment credential, government identifier, or sensitive document.

Email the deletion team

The current local-only demo resets when its app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. This email path exists for authorized beta records and will remain the public deletion-request resource for Google Play.

What the request covers

After identity verification, a production deletion request will remove the account and personal data associated with it, including profile data, social connections, messages and media the service is permitted to delete, event participation, location-sharing settings, notification preferences, and server-side session identifiers.

ParathoughtLabs may retain narrowly limited records when required for fraud prevention, safety reports, disputes, financial reconciliation, or law. The final production privacy policy will state the applicable category, purpose, and retention period before launch.

Subscriptions and shared content

Deleting Aura does not cancel Aura Premium. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play or Apple account subscription settings. Content shared into another user’s event or conversation may remain where necessary to preserve their record, but it will be de-identified or removed when law and product integrity permit.
