Zero tolerance

Child safety standards.

Aura prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Aura is for adults age 18 and older and does not offer child profiles.

Effective July 26, 2026

What is prohibited

Users may not create, upload, request, store, share, link to, normalize, facilitate, or profit from CSAE or CSAM. This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, and attempts to move exploitative communication to another service.

Reports and response

Use Aura’s in-app report controls for a profile, event, or conversation, or contact the designated child-safety point of contact at support@parathoughtlabs.com. Do not download, forward, or reproduce suspected CSAM to make a report.

ParathoughtLabs will remove access to apparent prohibited material, preserve legally required evidence, restrict implicated accounts, and make reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or other appropriate authorities when required by applicable law. Credible imminent danger should be reported to local emergency services.

Production operations

Before public launch, Aura requires trained moderation coverage, escalation and response procedures, hash and duplicate-abuse controls where legally and technically appropriate, age enforcement, a monitored child-safety contact, auditable case handling, and regular review of these standards.
