Prohibited content and conduct
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or sexualization of minors;
- credible threats, stalking, harassment, hateful conduct, or encouragement of self-harm;
- nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or unlawful sexual services;
- fraud, impersonation, deceptive fundraising, fake verification, scams, spam, or manipulated reviews;
- weapons or illegal goods transactions, unlawful gambling, or organization of illegal activity;
- malware, credential theft, privacy invasion, doxxing, or attempts to bypass audience and access controls; and
- content you do not have the rights or consent to share.
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Aura provides report controls on events, profiles, and conversations, plus blocking for people and direct conversations. Reports are confidential from the reported user. ParathoughtLabs may remove content, restrict reach, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and escalate imminent danger or apparent illegal content to the appropriate service or authority.
Production launch remains blocked until reports are server-authoritative, staffed moderation service levels and appeals are established, and repeat-offender controls are tested. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services. For an Aura safety report, email support@parathoughtlabs.com.
